At this camp out we were staying in a cabin with heating (yes). We got there first so we got as many wheelbarrows as we could.
We built a fire to try to stay warm. The next day we took a hike to the top of the cliffs. We saw lots of caves and we hiked to
the chapel. It was just like an outdoor cave during the day. We had a little excitement but it was still scary. A kid fell 30
feet and rolled so all these rescue vehicles like an ambulance and even a fire truck (don’t ask me why) just showed up in front
of our cabin. It took the rescue squads about an hour and a half to get the boy down the cliff and transported to the hospital.
Later that same day, we decided to build a catapult. It gave us a chance to practice our lashings and knots. Then that night we
had another big campfire.
